Easycraftideas is currently able to take orders via: post, ebay and at shows. All orders will be acknowledged. If at any time stock is unavailable, a refund or substitute item will be offered. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel after dispatch then the goods must be returned in the unopened packaging at your expense.
Note: All customer details are protected via data protection and here at Easycraftideas no details are shared with other companies.
Prices are fixed except at shows where promotions are in place. These promotions are only available at trade shows and cannot be honoured at any other time.
Easycraftideas is currently able to accept payment by paypal and cheque. Please do not post cash. Cash is the only method currently acceptable at shows.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class (excluding Bank Holidays). If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact Easycraftideas by email: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting customer name and items ordered.
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, Easycraftideas accepts returns of unopened (unless faulty) goods posted at the customers expense within five working days from the date on the delivery note. Goods must be returned in a new shipping packet to: Easycraftideas, 23 Cophams Close, Solihull, B92 9JJ. Note: This property is a private, residential property and is NOT open to the trade or to the public. If you require a replacement, please specify this inside the packet and Easycraftideas will replace any faulty items following inspection of returned item. Postage is non-refundable. Once inspected the final decision regarding a refund / replacement is the responsibility of Easycraftideas who will only refund the cost of the goods.
