What payment options do you accept?
We also accept cheque payments which must be marked payable to Miss J M Carpenter and be posted to 23 Cophams Close, Solihull, B92 9JJ. Note: This is a residential address and is not open to the public.
How much is postage?
Mainland UK orders cost as follows:
For One item postages is £1.20
For two-five items postage is £3.50
For six items or more postage is fixes at £5.00
For postage options please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the items you wish to order, a special postage rate will be calculated and if you accept the price a paypal invoice will be generated to reflect the total amount due
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 – 5 working days and last day of ordering for Christmas is 10 December.
How do I get in touch about stocking your products in my store?
If you are interested, please do get in touch and we can discuss a pricing/stocking structure.
Do you manufacture the stamps you sell?
No, but the stamps are manufactured by a reputable British company known for supplying the UK craft market.
If I have a problem with one of your products, how do I go about getting it sorted?
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, Easycraftideas accepts returns of
unopened (unless faulty) goods posted at the customers expense within five working days from the date on the delivery note. Goods must be returned in a new shipping packet to: Easycraftideas, 23 Cophams Close, Solihull, B92 9JJ. Note: This property is a private, residential property and is NOT open to the trade or to the public. If you require a replacement, please specify this inside the packet and Easycraftideas will replace any faulty items following inspection of returned item. Postage is non-refundable. Once inspected the final decision regarding a refund / replacement is the responsibility of Easycraftideas who will only refund the cost of the goods.
How do I store/clean your stamps?
We suggest that you store the stamps in the clear acetate sheets and in the original package. Good practice is to wash them immediately after use in warm water and dry with a soft towel or air dry and return to the original packaging.
Do you have an Angel Policy for how many cards/projects can be made eg. 200 cards?
For your own personal gain/replenishing that craft stash or for raising money for charity, you can make as many cards as you wish. All artwork is under copyright so please don’t reproduce the designs and sell under your own brand.
